At OrganicLife om, we believe that something used every day can still feel special. Our handmade soaps are carefully selected for their quality, character and beautiful simplicity. Traditional recipes, thoughtfully chosen ingredients and artisan craftsmanship come together to create soaps that are a pleasure to use and beautiful to give.

Every collection has its own personality. From traditional goat milk soaps to botanical formulations with clays, charcoal, natural oils and essential oils, there is something different to discover in every bar.

Our soaps are made using traditional handmade methods. Natural glycerin is formed during the soap-making process and remains in the finished soap. Each bar is allowed time to mature, helping it develop its characteristic firmness and pleasant feel.

Because these soaps are handmade, subtle differences in colour, shape and appearance can occur. These natural variations are part of their artisan character and help make every bar a little different.

KOZICA — Traditional goat milk soaps combining fresh goat milk with carefully selected vegetable oils. Discover simple Natural and Glycerine soaps, richer Argan and Honey varieties, fresh herbal Mint and Sage, or the textured Peeling bar with corn grits.

SEKA — A distinctive collection combining traditional soap making with ingredients such as goat milk, almond oil, activated charcoal, nettle, rosemary and essential oils. The collection also includes vegan Kira with orange essential oil and aromatic Luna with rosewood essential oil and dried herbs.

ALTHEA NATIVE — Botanical soaps with carefully chosen ingredients including green clay, activated charcoal, shea butter, jojoba, aloe vera, calendula oil, cocoa butter and aromatic essential oils. The collection ranges from fresh herbal and cleansing-focused bars to gentle Milk & Honey and warm, naturally exfoliating Orange Spice.

Thoughtfully Chosen Ingredients

Vegetable oils and butters help create the character of each soap. Olive and sunflower oils contribute to a gentle, balanced formulation, while coconut oil supports cleansing and lather. Ingredients such as castor oil can help create a creamy, stable foam, while clays, charcoal, herbs and natural exfoliating ingredients give individual soaps their distinctive character.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
